ARUSHA: Mke wa Mbunge wa Arusha amefikishwa mahakamani leo kwa tuhuma za kumtusi Mkuu wa Mkoa kwa kumtumia ujumbe wa simu wenye neno 'shoga'.

- Mke wa Mbunge huyo amekana kumtusi Mkuu huyo wa Mkoa, amedai neno 'shoga' sio tusi bali ni neno ambalo hulitumia kuwaita marafiki zake.
